#Repost @elleuk with @repostapp ・・・ Karl Lagerfeld (@karllagerfeld), who is known for his extravagant sets, took one giant leap further for fashion this March at Chanel #AW17 (@chanelofficial), as he turned the Grand Palais into a space station, complete with life-size rocket ship. Not only that, but the spaceship came to life during the show, blasting skywards 10 metres towards the domed glass roof of the Champs-Élysées venue. The rocket was 35 metres high, and it included two launch cabins and two satellite antennas. A little birdy also told us that the whole set took 9 days to build.
